Balta is dedicated to running its business in accordance with applicable laws, as well as the highest standards of integrity and ethical practice. That is why we have developed policies in several domains: legal, HR, finance, IT, HSE and purchasing. Our policies provide the framework within which employees have the freedom to act and operate in their daily work and, by doing so, contribute to the success of the company. This includes a prohibition on the use of corrupt and illegal practices including bribery.
